When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. This is our most detailed package: Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside the cabinets and inside all the windows, baseboards, blinds. This cleaning is intended to transform the house in which someone has lived, in its original state and ready for new owners/tenant.

  • If you cancel before 48 hours, you will receive a full refund of the payment information on file.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you want.

We provide services during the week, Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Support hours by phone Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm

We do not charge for rescheduling, as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see to our cancellation and refund FAQ for more information.


Not unless it’s inside the 48-hour window. Within this two-day window, if you decide to cancel, the cleanup will be credited to your account without penalty for future use.

Most cleaning is done by our teams of two, however we sometimes send teams of 3 or up to 4, depending on the size of the house, scope of work and the number of customers that day.

Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives and may get sick or ask for leave. If this occurs, we’ll ask you to reschedule or send a different cleaner. All cleaners are background checked and vetted by Phoenix Cleaning.

Rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page and amount of time and scope of work required.  We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee means that our work is not completed until you are completely satisfied. 

  • If your fridge or your cabinets are full we will do our best.
  • Cleaning of biohazards (mold, etc). An additional charge will be added for this service as it poses a health hazard for our techs as well as the client.
  • Dormitories, fraternity/sorority homes.
  • Doctor, dentist, veterinarian offices, daycares. Additional charges may apply since certain requirements and certifications are required.
  • Insects/dead rats, mice or other animals. Additional charges may apply
  • Animal or human waste (litter, poop, bodily fluids). An additional charge will be added for this service as it poses a health hazard for our techs as well as the client.
